CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT FOR DISPATCHERS
A one day, practical distillation of the L-969 COML class giving dispatchers and dispatch center managers critical tools to successfully manage crisis communications during the first four hours of a major incident. Uses lessons learned from responses from the Lower North Fork Fire, Aurora Theater Shooting, Hurricane Sandy, Sandy Hook shootings and others.
